At Partners in Transformation we always welcome and applaud public figures who have a lot of societal influence who reveal their own personal mental health struggles and advocate for others to not stay quiet, rather seek help and support. Our society has made tremendous progress with de-stigmatizing mental health concerns and creating a space that is safe for people to talk. TheĀ Pause for StudentsĀ workshop is a safe space for students to share and explore their fears and excitements for college or university. We aim at providing them with a toolkit of strategies and tactics to help manage these anxiety provoking situations in the future. By creating a space and a workshop to talk about these scenarios in advance, students are able to feel better equipped entering into this new environment.
